Myla HartIf you’re heading out with Grizzly Banff Tours, definitely ask for Mark! He’s awesome and honestly made our whole day. Mark is super down-to-earth and knows Banff inside out. He dropped so many cool facts about the area and the wildlife! He was super thoughtful, too. It was freezing on our tour, and right when we needed it most, he surprised us all with hot chocolate! He was constantly making sure we were good and helping us get the best photos. Mark, thank you so much for such an amazing day! Jeff ParentIt was my first time out to Banff and despite the up and down weather, I could not have been more impressed. For an entire day ( 10 hours) I saw more than I would have if I was on my own. One jaw dropping view after another. Mark, our guide was very knowledgeable with every landmark we passed. He gave us a little story and interesting Info on everything from each mountains name to the pedestrian bridges that connect buildings in the Calgary core... He also made a good hot chocolate for a cool, wet day hahaha. This is a trip id take anytime I'm in Calgary again. Very, very impressed. Booking Terms
- Children 15 and Under: All children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the tour.
- Photo ID: Guests may be asked to provide a valid photo ID for identity verification upon check-in.
- Media Release: By participating in a Grizzly Banff Tours tour, you agree that we may take photos and videos during the tour. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you do NOT consent this, please let the driver/guide know.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour or for no-shows.
- Weather and Safety: We operate tours rain or shine. However, if weather conditions pose a safety risk, we may reschedule or cancel the tour. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternate date.
- Tour Modifications: Grizzly Banff Tours reserves the right to adjust or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. While we aim to provide the experience as described, some sites or activities may be altered without prior notice.
- Liability Waiver: By booking, you acknowledge that you are participating in an outdoor adventure and accept all inherent risks associated with the tour. Grizzly Banff Tours is not responsible for any injuries, loss of personal belongings, or damage that may occur during the tour.
