This is a full-day tour, lasting around 8-9 hours, depending on traffic and how long we stop at each location.
The tour includes pick-up and drop-off, air-conditioned transportation, an experienced local guide, visits to all the key sights in Banff National Park and FREE COFFEE. Meals and personal expenses are not included.

Booking Terms
- Children 15 and Under: All children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the tour.
- Photo ID: Guests may be asked to provide a valid photo ID for identity verification upon check-in.
- Media Release: By participating in a Grizzly Banff Tours tour, you agree that we may take photos and videos during the tour. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you do NOT consent this, please let the driver/guide know.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour or for no-shows.
- Weather and Safety: We operate tours rain or shine. However, if weather conditions pose a safety risk, we may reschedule or cancel the tour. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternate date.
- Tour Modifications: Grizzly Banff Tours reserves the right to adjust or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. While we aim to provide the experience as described, some sites or activities may be altered without prior notice.
